As if overnight, the spring breeze came, and thousands of pear blossoms bloomed. In a quiet moment, we were surprised to find that spring had arrived. Always at the moment we were expecting it, the gentle breeze carried a charming fragrance, and all the messy and desolate things were swept into the spring breeze's bag, beginning a new journey. To enhance employee cohesion, increase mutual understanding among employees, strengthen corporate culture building, and improve team collaboration, the company organized a team-building activity themed "Spring is Warm, Flowers are Blooming, We are the Most High!" on April 14th. To strengthen university-local cooperation and exchanges, and to facilitate East China University of Science and Technology's (ECUST) in-depth understanding of Suzhou High-tech Zone's economic and social development, as well as its industrial structure, on May 29, Zhang Lanzhu, Deputy Dean of the School of Mechanical and Power Engineering, ECUST; Liu Changli, Director of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, ECUST; and Chen Jianjun, Director of the Department of Power Engineering and Process Machinery, ECUST, visited Suzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone. They were joined by Zhou Xiaomei, Deputy Director of the Suzhou High-tech Zone Management Committee and Head of the Science and Technology Town Mayor Team; Feng Fang, Deputy Mayor of Hushu Lake Town, Suzhou High-tech Zone, and member of the Science and Technology Town Mayor Team; and Professor Zhang Weimin from the ECUST Suzhou Industrial Research Institute Technology Transfer Center, in a visit to our company.

Company leaders warmly received the visiting group and expressed our company's strong need for mechanical engineering talent, hoping to attract more ECUST students to join our company and contribute to its development. After mutual understanding, both sides agreed to carry out in-depth cooperation in talent cultivation, internships, practical experience, and industrial-academic-research collaboration. Leveraging the ECUST Suzhou Industrial Research Institute Technology Transfer Center, we will accelerate the integration of industry, academia, and research, promoting the company's innovative development.
